According to an email from a PR rep at Verizon, Android 2.2 Froyo will be rolling out to Samsung Fascinate devices tomorrow. Among the many enhancements comes the ability to support Adobe Flash. So rejoice, Fascinate users! You can check manually for the updates starting 4/21/11 by going to Settings > About Phone > Update Phone.
