Regza AT300 by Toshiba, runs Honeycomb and more…

Earlier this year at CES, Toshiba announced their new Android 3.0 tablet the Regza AT300. This 10.1? device sports a dual-core Tegra 2 processor, with the following additional specs:

16Gb of storage1GB of RAMAccelerometer and ambient light sensor1280 x 800-resolution displayUSB and HDMI jacksMini-USB socketSD card slot5 megapixel rear camera2 megapixel front-facing camera

This new Toshiba table it is slated for a Japan release in June as of right now. As for word when we will get out hands on it state-side is yet to be known.
